Please I need someone help here on good character ground,
I got my residence card in 2012 through my EU partner
We never get married we are just partner,
in 2017 I got permanent residence card,
My question now is that
Is my overstay count from 2007 -2012 or 2007 -2010 , because 2010 is the date i started living with my
EU Partner
as I said earlier we are just partner we never get married, although I sent a letter to home office to allow us get married and they said we don't need to get permission again because it was cancelled that we are free to do so I refuse to get married with her then because home office seized my passport. And in 2011 we submitted living together application in which I was refused but I won the appeal in Dec 2011 and I got my residence card dated March 2012
Please I just want to know which date I started living legally here in uk because then my lawyer told me I can't get deported so far I am living with my EU partner that is exercising treaty right here, he said I am legal then.
Thanks for your help
