Hello,
I started completing online application for my son under 18 who was born outside UK however live in UK for over 13years. I stuck on question "DATE YOU GAIN SETTLED STATUS IN UK" We are EU nationals so my understanding is settled status we gain when we entered UK and start working or being students 9as we dont need visas etc)

My question is what should I put
1. date when he entered UK
2. 5 years after he entered UK (resident status)
3 date from his resident card (which we have done in 2017)

No it is not. Settled status is holding PR and the document certifying PR. He does have that does he not??

we both got permanent resident card
we done them in 2017

Yes I am

and Im married to British National (born in UK both parents British)

It is the date he attained PR and not the date of entry to the UK.

Presumably your husband is not the childs father??

No he is not a father of my child

Do you know if child needs to hold resident card for at least 12 months too as I cant find anything about it in the Guide for MN1
