Best credit report to check civil judgements

Hi there - I’m applying for citizenship and under good character I need to declare items.

I want to run a report against my name for civil judgements, Court order and civil penalities. I recall not paying my council tax on time and also the dartford tunnel toll. I want to ensure that I declare all of this information but honestly can’t remember when or what happened. Please can someone advise the best ‘report’ to run.

Many thanks

AFAIK there is no universal report that pulls together all the information you mentioned. There is a "statutory credit reference report" which is free from the main UK credit reference agencies. Google will give you their names. This will list CCJs, but may not necessarily show any late payments to the council or other public bodies. This report is free - recommend you do not accept any paid for offers. If all else fails disclose what you can remember.

If you’re concerned about CCJ’s and Insolvency then one way of finding is through www.trustonline.org.uk, they will charge you a little fee but you can choose any registers including England, Wales, Scotland and NI and report is sent instantly. These are court records and maintained slightly better than credit referral agencies as information sometimes vary from one CRA to another.
