Address history - forgot to mention one address in the neutralization application

Hi there,
My husband recently applied for naturalisation and the application has been submitted online. He has got an appointment next week to submit his documents. However, he realised that he has forgotten to add one the addresses, where we lived briefly (4 months), in the 5 years address history.
Is it going to be an issue?
What remedial action he can take at this stage?
