Hi received a penalty charge notice (PCN) for driving in a bus lane.

The date of detection is 09 Jan and I received the letter today 1 Feb, dated 31 Jan. I already paid it.

I submitted my application online on the 7 Jan and bio metrics on 16 Jan.

Now I have never had a PCN before so obviously nothing to declare in the form.

Since the offence was after the online application but before biometrics, what shall I do?

Shall I write to home office declaring it?

I guess PCN's are usually issued on the car, not on the person name and anyone can be driving the car. Till the time you paid it you should be fine. You need to do some research on this as I'm not 100% sure
