Naturalisation mn1 for child of eea with Indian passport with indefinite leave to remain.

Hi ,

I have question. What should I write in section 1.1

They asking for indicate section of the British nationality act 1981 under which you would like the application considered.

I am pourtogues with PR and my child had Indian passport with indefinite leave to remain.

Please advise the section number.

And 1.2 what will be the reference number used in your immigration application.

Please advise asap.

Are you also applying for citizenship??

Where was the child born, Uk or abroad?

Yes applying for citizenship for child.

He is born in India

And what is the UK immigration status of the other parent??

One parent with Portuguese passport with PR Status. Other parent with Indian passport with ILR.

Child had Indian passport with ILR.

Please advise back asap

Is either parent applying for citizenship at the same time as the child?

No parents are not applying for citizenship

Then it is NOT possible to apply for the child.

A child born abroad only qualifies to apply when EITHER parent is also applying OR if EITHER parent is already British and the other holds ILR/PR.
