Received Naturalisation Approval, Passport “Under Review” What does it mean?

Hello -
This forum has been immensely helpful and I wanted to ask about a current problem.
I applied for Naturalisation as an Irish national having lived in the U.K. for over 10 years. Received approval of my naturalisation on 14 November 2018. Did my swearing in ceremony on the 19 of December 2018.
When I did my naturalisation application I also submitted my passport application at the same time.
From August 2018 until today I have been traveling extensively to Ireland due to a sick family member.
I called today to the HO Passport and asked them why there is a delay in receiving my passport as it has been over 6 weeks. The man told me my application was “under review/under consideration” and he has no further information.
What does this mean? Can they take away my naturalisation? What would be the next steps?
