B1 Certificate or SELT Unique Electronic Reference Number

Applied for naturalisation last December then 3rd week of January received a letter from my case worker requesting for a new English language qualification coz the one that I submitted is out of date. So I took a new GESE Grade 5 exam (B1) then sent the Unique Reference Number together with the provisional pass exam report to my case worker with cover letter explaining that certificate will be available within 7 days from the exam date. Should I send the certificate also or the unique reference number is enough to verify the result online? Thank you in advance.
