Hi
Amjad
These convictions are very serious . There is no way home office will grant citizenship with these conviction. Lets just put it this way home office even refuse ur citizenship even if u dont pay ur council tax or parking ticket. If u apply with these concictions u get a 10 years ban straight away. Best thing for u is to get rid of these convictions feom ir record and it will take time to get rid of them and only then you can apply. But if u have spare 1500 pounds you can apply and see the responce for your self.
Regards

Dear Nusratali786
I may have taken too lenient a read of HO's guidance, but should it not be a three-year ban following the non-custodial sentence following the 2016 conviction? OP's post suggests past offences on two occasions. Did you mean to say that the OP would be considered a persistent offender?

Hi Dear Sonu,
Pls Try first get DBS Check SAR Letter from Police Records after 3-4Yrs of Latest conviction(s) daatte, hopefully it will be BLANK(meaning All Spent).
Then, your are GREEN to apply with more confidence,as long as there are NO further convictions.
Once your DBS is clear,Consult your Local MP& get Good Character Letter , put this in ur application.
Max u may win. There is higher chance of success
Good luck.

My MP doesn't issue such letters - they don't know you. It's basically your record that UKVI will be concerned about.

For non custodial sentence its 3 years before you apply. That involves a caution.
You have to check which category your conviction falls. If sentence is for more than 2 years it means 5 year wait (I think) so be careful before applying
