Is old system still active, and fingerprints

Hi all,
I have a question regarding to the naturalisation application. As a EU citizen I do not need to submit my passport, (only EU card is enough), therefore i have planned to send the documents and hand-filled naturalisation form using the old system.

However I am not entirely sure if post offices are still offering the biometric information enrollment service? Am I actually supposed to use the new online system and book an appointment through Sopra Steria for biomentric enrollment and document submission?

And, is it possible to apply for the passport at the same time? If yes, is the online system offering this, or should I use the old system and submit and extra application form?

Any informative answer will be greatly appreciated! :)

Paper forms have been withdrawn late last year. You need to apply online.

You can post your originals or use the new UKCVAS system and keep your originals.

If you opt for exiting service, you will be able to download the biometric letter to attend post office.

You can no longer apply for a passport at the same time.
