I entered to the UK illegally in 2013 and applied for asylum and then granted a refugee status, in 2014, the police stopped me for driving without insurance, I attended the court and paid the fine/penalty.

In 2018, I got my ILR and in this year 2019 It is the time for my naturalisation application.

Please advise on what decision I should expect and any advice can help my situation.

U have to wait untill ur penalty points comes off ur driving liscence. Driving with out insurance is an offence that home office take very seriously
