I just got my PR November 2018 and it was stated in the letter that I acquired PR since May,2018.Do I need to wait till November 2019 to apply for naturalization or can I apply in May?
I have also changed my name by deed poll(reverted back to my maiden name) and was wondering if I have to reapply with EEA4 form for a new biometric card.

You can apply in May, 12 months from the date PR acquired.

When did you change your name? Have you applied for a new passport??
