Good evening
I am asking this question on behalf of my friend. He is registering his son as a British child born in Uk before his ILR. In the application form, they asked this question as the child does not have any Identity card.
Explain why you are unable to provide either a valid national identity card or a travel document.
What would be the best answer to this question?
