I have ILR for last 12 months and looking for applying for british citizenship.

I have couple of questions:

-> NCS is no more available?

But according to above link, i have to submit passport and residence permit card. In that case i will not be able to leave the country till i get my passport back?

-> Can i apply for british citizenship and british passport all at once? Looks like i have to get british citizenship first and then later i have to apply for british passport?

Correct, once you have attended your ceremony if your application is approved.

Do both the person have to be british?

Or the person with professional job title can be of any citizenship?

The professional referee can be ANY nationality. The other referee must be British. BOTH referees must be over 25, of good character and have known you for 3 years.

One is Head of CRM and other is Product design Engnieer

Will head of CRM come in professional people list?

It is not listed but it is higher post than Manager.

What is a 'CRM'???
