Hi,

My husband recently got his ILR(tier 2 general- 5 year route). I have a child who was born in Uk in 2014. Her current passport is expiring soon. What is the procedure to apply for UK Passport? What all forms and documents I need to submit?

You have to register the child as British on form MN1. Costs £1012.

Passport is a separate process which can only be done once the child is registered and you receive the certificate of registration.
