Hi, I got 9 point on my driving licence August 2016.
Sp30 speeding fixed penalty 3 points and £100 fine and IN10 driving without insurance fixed penalty 6 points and £300 fine .
Can I apply for naturalisation now? Or I have to wait until points removed?

You have to wait untill points are removed , usually 3 years or 4 years to be on the safe side which is 2020 as poins were given on 2016
