I sent my naturalisation application by post through my solicitor, it was sent before more than 3 weeks ago, attached payment slip( debit card), no payment taken yet also no acknowledgment or biometric letter received yet.
Anyone can explain who could this happen?

its normal practice so have some patience. they are taking some initial time to paper applications. wait for another week or so.
