Hello,
I just got my pictures from photo studio with correct size and background told photographer strictly for British passport, i am trying to upload picture online but its not accepting get silly excuses saying that its looks like photo is black and white or we cant find outline of your head.

Photo is colour and when i upload i can see the whole photo

has anyone experienced this please suggest should i get another pictures or should go with same pictures as its giving option as well to submit same pictures with a reason.

Get someone to take your photo with your phone. Worked for me.

yes just use your smartphone, there is a video when you apply online showing how to do it as well.
