Travel out of the UK after submit the naturalizing application but passport

Hello all,
I have tried to find if someone already asked about this question but I can’t find anything match my questions (yet?)...
I have submitted my application via GOV.uk website on 20 Feb 2019 and booked appointment with UKVCAS to scan my documents and passport on 18 March 2019, but I will have to go abroad next few days (but will definitelt come back before 18 March)
My question is - Do I have to report Home Office regarding these extra ‘days of absence’ ?
