Hi,
I applied for citizenship and will have ukvcas appointment today but I have made two mistakes online,
First I had a trip outside the U.K. from 12-03-2014 to 18-03-2014 but by mistake I typed return on 18-03-2018, can someone suggest me what to do??
Second mistake, they asked if I have met English requirement as a part of indefinite leave on or after 2013 and I selected Yes by mistake whereas I have not.
Can someone please advise me what to do?
Thanks

You can write a cover letter mentioning your two mistakes and upload the scanned copy

Many Thanks for your reply,
yes I have uploaded the cover letter, I was looking to post the letter as well but I have not yet received the case ID, is that possible to post the letter without Case ID???
Thanks

Uploading the letter is sufficient.
Such a small error is unlikely to affect your application.

Many Thanks CR001,
If possible can you please give me a bit of clarification that I have a wife and a son back home and until today I haven’t applied for them to come in the U.K. and in the online form they asked ‘ do you have dependants not applying with you ‘ and I selected Yes as they are financially dependent on me and I send them money to support them,
Have I done anything wrong but selecting Yes to that question?
Many Thanks

It is a generic question which you are answered. there is no 'right or wrong' answer. Simply be honest and truthful.

Note that if you claimed to have met the language requirements through ILR after that date, you would have to also provide evidence of meeting the language requirements by another means (language test result or UK degree certificate) because the application would not have proceeded to ask you how you met the requirement or added proof of language to your document checklist.

Hi,
Many Thanks
Yes I have uploaded the English language B1 certificate. I also mentioned that in the cover letter.
