While having PR SINCE 07/2017 do i still have to provide details about excersing Treaty Rights
Also can I send bank statements as part of proving residence ?
Finally do I have to provide all the employment history which employer did I work for? For the last 10 years and current employment status (occupation )and employer address ? Also it ask for tax reference number ?

No. Citizenship is not a repeat of PR.

HO will likely want to see more than that as you can live outside the UK and still have a bank account. You could send Council tax, P60s, etc.

You need to list all your employment for the past 10 years (if you have been here that long) as the form asks. Your current employer or HR can give you the tax reference number or look at your P60.
