Good Character requirement - Criminal Conviction --- Please Advice

I am a non EEA family member. I have just received my EEA PR card dated 06/03/2019 but I have acquired Permanent Residence on the 16/03/2018 (confirmed on letter by home office).
I have stopped by police on the 10/04/2014 while driving under the influence of alcohol and found I was over the limit. I was banned from driving at the court for 12 months(it was 12 months reduced to 9 months with the course) and given a fine(May-2014) with a DR10 endorsement on my driving license.
Can I apply for naturalisation on or after the 16/03/2019 ? as it says on policy that after 3 years from Non-custodial sentences you can apply for citizenship but does the fine stays for 5 years on the record? Would DR10 endorsement affect the application as it is there for 11 years from the year 2014. Do I need to add any letters to explain my criminal conviction ??
Please advice
Thanks
