Hi! I have a friend who got British citizen via refugee route. She got British passport in 2013. Now she wants to go back to Pakistan, as there are some property issues for which she physically needs to be there. Maybe for a year or two. Is this ok with Home office ? What's the maximum time she can live there.

CR001! She claimed assylum from UK, along with 4 little daughters. Came as a visitor and claimed. That time she had serious issues there. Back in 2004 I am talking about. All this time lived here. Her daughters are also grown up now here. But she needs to now visit for property issues. Can she? She might need to live there for a year or maybe more. Plx guide.
