haven't received confirmation letter one month after done biometric

Hi, if anyone had similar experience like me...
I submitted online application on 24th Feb, and attended ukvcas appointment on 26th Feb.
They took my biomtric and uploaded my files that day, all done!
BUT!
When i came back home, i found out i could still log on to my both UKVI application link and UKVCAS link and even do amendments!
I enquiried UKVCAS, they say it's their system problem which they are working on fixing it. Ok, so i waited.
After one month already, I still haven't received any confirmation letter from UKVI, even though the website says i should get a letter within 4 weeks after i submit my application.
Now i am really anxious about if UKVCAS agent had submitted my application successfully or not!
Can anyone had similar case help me?
