British Citizenship - Spouse (3 or 5 Years)

Hi,
I am currently applying for British Citizenship and wanted to check if my spouse has right to apply as well?
Please see below the details:
- Mar-2013: I entered the UK on a Tier 2 General Visa
- Aug-2013: We got married in the UK
- Feb-2016: She kept her student visa until Feb-2016 and become a Tier 2 Dependant at that point
- Mar-2018: I have received my ILR and now will apply for citizenship
For her case, can she apply the citizenship right after I got UK passport given she is living with me more than 3 years?
OR
She needs to wait 5 years after becoming Tier 2 Dependant (i.e. Feb-2021) and get ILR first?
FYI - both of us are not EU citizens.
