I have seen many of your replies to ops about ccj that it does not effect ilr.
In one of your replies you said "citizenship is different story"
Just wondering
Would ccj effect citizenship
If u have a monthly plan to pay it back, directdebit during u apply for naturalization, would it still effect citizenship if so how
And please tell brief way to tackle this situation

A CCJ as such is not an issue as long as you comply with the arrangements for clearing the debts. If you have lots of CCJs and defaulted on arrangements this may count against "good character".
