Thanks for your reply. Child was born in the UK and never left UK. Child is 6yrs+ and gotten PR effective on his 5th birthday. mother as EEA residence card and father is a student.

Child will have an entitlement to register as a British citizen when at least one parent acquires PR or settled status.
