Proof of living in the UK as an EEA national in full time education

Hi there,
I was wondering if someone on here was in a similar position to mine. I shall start from the beginning... I originally come from Poland, but moved to the UK in 2005 as a 13 year old child. Therefore as a 13 year old I had to continue with full time education, as I was born in January I was meant to start in year 9 in High School, although the school I was meant to be enrolled at did not have enough spaces for new students, so they suggested I go a year back and do 'a catch up' (as didn't speak any English) in year 8 in Middle School. I finished that one year and then went onto secondary full time education in High School, where I got my GCSE'S at. After finishing High School I had a choice between staying at the same school and do A levels or go to College. I chose College, because I knew in what direction I wanted to go in. Therefore I graduated from college in 2011 and then decided to take a gap year, before starting University in 2012. In that gap year I was employed by an agency as a temporary worker until August 2012 and then started university in September. Graduated from University in 2015, and since then I have been working. So basically I have finished all the schools and went onto employment. Now I want to apply for a Permanent residence certificate, but in the application it asks me if I had a comprehensive sickness insurance in the 5year qualifying time? I mean no school ever asked for any proof of medical insurance, and as a minor in secondary school I thought I was insured anyway? Although I was issued with a registration certificate back in August 2009 just after I got my GCSE'S, because my mother applied for it and put me as her daughter into the application. Now I'm a little bit confused, because of that comprehensive sickness insurance, does it mean that all those years from 2005 up to 2015 mean I can't use them because I wasn't insured? If you have any suggestions on that topic, whether I'll be okay to apply for the permanent residence certificate or not, I mean the only proof I have are all my certificates from schools mentioned earlier. Thank you.
