Change the address while waiting for Naturalization

Hi,
Can someone clarify if I need to notify the Home Office and how if I change my address please. I am a EU citizen and applied for the naturalization in January 2019 but I am still waiting for a response.
When I submitted my application, the Home Office sent me a confirmation email with case id and it also said
If there is a change in your circumstances, we kindly ask that you only contact us using this link: https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp
I followed the link but I don't seem to find my particular situation there, I don't have a Visa or a Biometric Residence Permit.
