Nationalisation Question

Hey friend I get my Pr 2day and time consider is OCT 2017 so knw I’m eligible for nationalisation but my question is in 2012 July my college give complain to Home office and that curtail my visa but after 3 month I’m married and apply my eea.so my question is this effect my nationalisation plz give me answer thx u

Hey thx for replay.im coming December 2009 as tire 4 student visa and in 2011 I extend my visa tire 4 student till 2014 but in 2012 my college give complain to home office I’m not pay college fees and then home office cartiled my visa July 2012 and give me time to till August 2012 to change college and then in December 2012 I apply eea family mumber visa and 2013 July I get my visa july2018.2day I recive my PR card and considering me Oct 2017 my marrige time so know I’m eligible to nationalisation.but my question is this cartiled my visa August 2012 effect my nationalisation.plz any one know about this plz help me thx u

Did you marry after HO approval??
So between August 2012 and the date you married, you had no legal status in the UK.

In this time don’t need to home office approval for marrige.we me and wife just go register office give little interview and the give date after 16 days and then after 16 days we marrige no problem and then December2012 I apply visa and March 2013 we go for home office interview Liverpool and after this July 2013 I get my 5 years eea family mumber visa this is fnish July 2018 and 2 day get my PR

You will likely only be successful with a citizenship application 10 years from the date of your marriage, after the period of overstay.

So it mean I’m not allowed to apply my nationalisation?

It is not a case of "not allowed". You can apply if you wish to.
You will likely fail the good character requirement due to he overstay and no legal status in the UK in 2012.
If your application fails, you lose your fee too.

what if his Student visa would curtailed after getting Merry? Still Breach of Immigration

Thx for replay.i thk I take risk 1300 pound cuz is only one month gap 2012 August and Oct 2012 im married.is it not effect my Pr card if I take risk nationalisation ?

Hey all is time to apply my naturalisation application but I’m bit confused.short story I have student visa till 19/07/2014.but in may 2012 my college give complain I’m not pay fess so home office send me curtailment letter and give me 60 days time till 20 August 2012. and after 16 Oct 2012 I’m married my eu ex wife and apply visa in 3 of December 2012 and get visa in 13 June 2013.after that I apply divorce and get ROR and then apply PR and get my PR Visa and give me letter show 16 Oct 2017 waite 12 month and then u are eligible for British citizenship but the problem is curtailment.plz let me know is effect my citizenship application very thxfull 2 u

You were an overstayer during this time. You should probably only apply on 16 October 2022, 10 years from the date of marriage to the EU citizen if you got married in the UK.
