British citizenship refused because exceeded the 450 days limit

Hi,

I'm an EU citizen and I have applied for British citizenship. I was minor when I arrived in the UK, 14 years old, and I was alone. Now, I'm almost 21 years old. During these years, I left the UK to fly to my parents in every school holiday. In this way, I made more than 450 days absences from the UK. I have 507 days of absences.
I applied in February for the citizenship appealing to the secretary discretion because I established my home in the UK and I was refused.
During my visits to my parents, I had some surgeries like nose or teeth and I was not allowed to fly for some weeks. But I didn't think to include these when I applied.
Do you believe that I can request a reconsideration based on this evidence?

Thank you!
