Naturalization Application filling - Identity card

Hi,
I was filling naturalization form i have question about nationality details.
"Do you have a valid national identity card?"
I have ticked yes and enter my Pakistani ID card start and end date along with my Pakistani passport.
Do i need to submit ID card along with my passport as Evidence of Identity? Or Sending Passport is enough for evidence.
