Help need

I got eu settlement status few days a go. I would like to apply naturalization. In my case I want to know that. I have to wait 12 month then I can apply or I can apply now. I am in the uk since 09/03/2009 apply asylum next day I done my interview but some how home office lost my file. My time is going on and I get married on 31/01/2013. Then few months later I apply eea family permit that applaction refused because I don't give my valid id. They few month later they invite me for interview again for asylum in 2013 October they refused that and right to appeal. I go court court allowed my appeal on apendex fm rules family life private life. Then I apply ee family permit I got in 2015.now I apply settlement I got few days a go. And I have 2 ccj on my name but I'm paying them back.. My question can I apply naturalization now or I have to wait 12 month. That good cractor apply on me.. What is good for me?

You need 12 months on settled status before you can apply for citizenship, unless you are married to a British citizen.

I came in the country come some one passport but next day I apply asylum. It was in march 2009 it effects me as bad cracter. Or it been more then 10 years its still effect me?
