EU citizen application - asking for permanent residence card

Hi,
I am applying for British citizenship with the new Eu settlements ILR status (which I got back in April 2019). I'm married to a British citizen so I can apply now.
However, after filling in the application it is asking for a permanent residence card as one of the documents I need to supply. I am confused about this as there was 2 choices in the application where I could either prove it with a Permanent Residence Card OR using ILR with the new EU settlement scheme (which is the option I chose). Does anyone know if I need to apply for a Permanent Residence Card on top of the Eu settlement ILR document?
I read a post on this board by another Eu citizen whose application was denied because they couldn't prove Permanent Residence despite having the new EU settlement ILR, so now I'm worried about submitting if I do need the Residence Card too.
