EEA - Documents to submit - questions

Dear all,
I have almost completed the online process for requesting UK Citizenship but I have some questions on the documentation I have to provide that I hope someone can help me with.
For context, I am from Italy and I have a permanent residence card.
  • Proof of Nationality
    You must include your:
    - passport or EEA national identity card
    - UK permanent residence card
    - evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions
> What kind of evidence do I need to provide to prove freedom from immigration time restrictions? Isn't my UK permanent residence card enough?
  • Proof of living in the UK
If you are an EEA National, you need to include letters from employers, educational establishments or other government departments, indicating your presence in the UK during the relevant 3- or 5-year period.
> What kind of proof of living do I have to provide? Are they asking for P60s or do I need to ask my employer for an ad-hoc letter stating that I have been living in the UK for 5 years?
  • Two referee declarations
> Is there a specific module/form that I need to fill out for the referee declaration?

Thank you in advance!

PR card is the proof of freedom....

Submit one type only - P60 or letters are the most common. Employer letters have to state you have been employed by them from/to dates.
  • Two referee declarations

You can print this at the end of the application.

Thank you in advance!
