Hi,

I applied for my naturalization on the 1st of April, although i had the English requirements proof which i provided for my ILR as the naturalization document checklist did not contain the English language evidence i did not provide when i uploaded and submitted the documents and biometric which was on the 15th april, and i just noticed in one of ur topics u have mentioned that its a system glitch in thier system, will my application get refused due to this, or will they send me any letter asking for this? Im really worried now pls reply. Thanks in advance.

Are you non-EU ? If you applied and then granted ILR after 28th Oct 2013, then it will be assumed you already have the English language qualification required
Exemption from the knowledge of language and life in the UK requirement
If you have already satisfied the requirement to have sufficient knowledge of language by obtaining a B1 level qualification and life in the UK for settlement, by applying on or after 28 October 2013, you do not have to demonstrate it again.

Also they are asking for the life in the uk test certficate in the document check list, we had also provided it for ILR in which case they shouldn't have asked for this too, from by mentioning not demonstrating again do they not mean completing b1 again,

Have u applied recently? And did u provide the english language proof??

I directly quote the official guide but the online application system may not necessarily implement all the rules/exemptions accurately.
I suggest to supply them if you are asked and have them with you for the appointment
