HI
Thank you for your response.
I understood that my neighbors does not live in the same address for more than 3 years and the nursery is hesitant to give out the staff's personal details. What is my next option please?
Also, as I am filling the online form, I am unable to skip any fields
Please advise

You need that information. People who are unhappy to give out personal info should not act as referees

For a professional referee, you do NOT need their personal address. You can give their work address.

Hello
Thank you for getting back. I checked with the Nursery and they mentioned they cannot provide the reference. May I know other possible references please?

Thank you. Doctor is interesting.
Can this be any doctor or Doctor from the Gp which the child is registered to?

Your referees need to provide the information.

Hello.. My child will be 3 years old this august. Can any doctor act as a second reference? There an A&E doctor who I and my family know personally. Can he act as a second reference. Both GP and Nursery disagreed to provide reference. Please assist

Hi Kalven,
How did you used the nursery information in online form.
My daughter's nursery is not happy to give personal details something like you encountered.
- did you used the nursery address instead of personal address of a teacher at nursery?
- and what about the date of birth field in the form - what you used there?
Regards,
Ashok
