Dear Experts,
Opinions/Suggestions required.
Applying for citizenship shortly.
In brief (Almost 1.5 years ago):
Police was behind me with lights ON, so it was time to pull my car side to stop, when I was driving on motorway.
One of the officer said I should not put the mobile holder in middle of the glass,
instead if should be on the bottom down right corner side.
same officer asked my license,in the meantime, other office went to his car and not sure what they checked, may be my car license plate history and came back.
After talking to me they let me go.

I got out of my car and asked if I get any points on my license or any warnings or caution.
They said no no nothing, just go.

So I am not sure what to mention in the citizenship AN application, because in this case it is not warning, caution or ticket.
I did not sign anything neither they said to sign or asked to accept wrong doing.
They just told me to just go.
Question 1:
Does this require to mention in my application form(AN).
DVLA: I checked history, there are no points given in my license.

Any members have faced any similar issue....
Any opinions will be helpful in this regards.
Thanks

That's just a regular stop and check. They haven't found irregularities so nothing to mention. If you want to double check, just check your driving licence records on the DVLA website: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

Thank you very much for your response.
I have already checked DVLA, nothing mentioned on my profile.

I was confused on what to do about it, so came here to get opinion.
It is very stressful keeping tab on all aspects.

Thank you for the response.
Yes, I agree with you about over thinking. Somehow not sure what would go wrong. Just being paranoid. I was worried about deception clause for banning 10 years to apply again if rejection happens if by chance it is in the system.

As I was not given any warning, or caution or tickets, I said NO into questionnaire.
So, where should I mention about this incident... in a separate letter... or ignore it.

OR

Apply for SAR, confirm it and then apply for citizenship.

Sorry members and experts, I am thinking about this for past couple of days and could not make any decision yet.

Kindly let me know your opinion on this matter, it will help me to make up my mind.
Awaiting for your valuable inputs.

Everything is filled up, only holding up because of this issue....... :(

Again you do not need to declare things that do not need to be declared. Deception is not relevant here
