Hi

I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and received my ILR in May 2019.

When can I apply for British Citizenship? Do I need to wait for 12 months?

All I know is that I need the following:

1) All passports/stamps to prove residency for 5 years and must be in UK at the start of the 5 years period. and I cant be outside UK more than 450 days in 5 years and 90 days in the last 12 months.
2) ILR- BRP to prove freedom from immigration restrictions.
3) LIUK and English Requirements (already met at ILR stage).
4) Online AN application form.
5) 2 Referees.
6) Good Character.

I am the director of my limited company and also on the company’s payroll.

So I will class myself as employee and give employment details for the company or do I need to select Self Employed?

Please help me if I need anything else?

May 2020 unless you are married to a British citizen, then you don't have to wait.
