Returning BRP later than 5 days

Hi,
Just wanted to know if anyone has been fined for returning their BRP later than 5 days after citizenship ceremony?
I have returned mine on day 11, and I'm afraid if I'm going to be fined or if 6 days over is not that big a deal?

Where should the cards be you send to, will the letter of approval mention the exact address?
