Please help me how to get British passport or easier way to bring British kids to UK, they are born in Philippines.

They're dad is born British. The kids didn't have British citizenship yet as they are born and live in the Philippines. I am asking if you can help me how to get British passport from Philippines. And what visa do I need to join my family to UK. We are not married yet, but planning to marry.
