I have been in UK for over 6 years and hold my ILR. I am in process for filing my UK citizenship. I have read MN1 but couldn't understand the stand. Please could you clarify on following.

Can I include my children (3yo) in the citizenship application.

They were born outside of UK before I was granted the ILR.

My wife doesn't hold ILR, she is on Tier2 dependent visa and will get her ILR by 2021.

My kids have been in UK for over 2 years in UK

Do they have to wait to get their ILR before filing for citizenship?

Time taken to process the application.

Do I have to submit my passport and ILr for processing the application.

Please let me know if you need any further information. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

They need ilr if they were born abroad and will only qualify for ilr when your wife does.

Once they and your wife have ilr and if you are British, then you can register them on form mn1.
