Father born in India before partition (before 1947)

Dear friends please help me about following question?

My father was born in India in 1934 before partition in 1947 and settled in Pakistan. Which column is need to tick?

The question is follow:

Have they always had the same nationality?

Yes

No

My self because my father was born in India in 1934 and came in Pakistan in 1947.

If you are applying to naturalised as British after holding ilr, this detail is irrelevant and you can state either.

Thanks for reply, yes I am applying to naturalized as British, but I cant skip the question or leave blank coz two column YES & NO, if I put No then they asked i.e 'Their country of nationality when you were born'. When I born my and my father nationality still Pakistani. Main question is this 'Have they always had the same nationality?' and I put YES but confused.

Needs your kind advise.
