Naturalisation pcn

Hello friend of mine has been ossified pcn for train
Ticket she failed to pay it and it wen to court and
She did not show up at court , will this affect good character ?

It depends on how long ago the court case took place.

Just to clarify a few things. Your "friend" was issued with a penalty fare and not a PCN. You should have considered yourself lucky for not being prosecuted straight away. You then completely ignored it, ignored the reminder and failed to pay it. You then received court summons but alas you ignored it as well. Now you have ended up with a fine and a criminal record. Does it sound to be someone of good character?

If you were prosecuted under the railway byelaws the criminal record will be usually spent after 12 months - that's the consensus on the rail UK forum whilst some argue it will be spent immediately. But not for naturalisation purposes. It will be considered as any other non custodial/financial penalty imposed by a court.

She had an arrest warrant and had to pay 800 pounds fine will she able to apply after 12 months

So it will be refused if application
was submitted ?
