Hi all,
Please let me know if I am in correct,

I got my ILR few days back after 5 years of Tier-2. My daughter was born before 2 years and she holds a Indian passport and Tier-2 Dependent visa which Expires next month.

As a first step I would like to fill in the MN1 form and I understand it takes 6 months to get the reply on this, Is it okay for her to be here in UK after her visa expires next month and MN1 form is submitted before the Visa expiry date.

Whom should I add as a reference in her MN1 form? She does not go to Nursery so no Teacher or professional reference.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Yes. Although note it doesn't always take 6 months.

Nurse, health visitor, minister of religion, etc.

Hi All,

Professional Referee: I am let down by the GP,Librarian and priest as they are hesitant to give their personal information like passport details and date of birth. I have been searching for a referee but no luck.

I have my Company's Director who is willing to sign for professional referee. He knows my child (2 years) from birth. Will this cause any issue with the application?
