WRS and Good Character Requirement - help please!

Hi,
I searched Good Character Topic but there was no replies to similar situations to mine. I wanted to post under this topic too but it's locked.
Issue is: Arrived in Uk in Oct 2007, WRS done in Dec 2009, I applied and got PR in 2016. I want to apply for BC however would the fact that I haven't had WRS 10 years ago (Jul 2009 - no WRS) impact my Good Character requirement?
Shall I write any comments explaining why (I didn't know - not the best excuse really) or hence PR was granted I can assume that this is non-issue or to be on safe side wait till next year so I can safely say that there was no breach of Immigration Laws in past 10 years (had valid WRS in July 2010)
