Good afternoon.
Guys please help me with your expert advise.

I came to UK in 2003, and was granted ILR in 2012 and subsequently I took British citizenship in 2019.

I got married in 2010 and my first child was born outside UK in 2011. My wife and my child eventually joined me in UK in 2014 as my dependents.
I have one more child who was born in UK and holds British citizenship.

My wife is now eligible for her ILR on 5 year dependent route. My question is

1. What visa category shall i apply for my child
2. Does my child also need to apply for ILR and wait for 12 months for British citizenship?
3. Can I register my child as British citizen now?
4. Can i register my child as British citizen after my wife gets ILR
5. Are there any exceptions through which I can apply for British citizenship for my child.

Yes to the ILR. Mother and child can both apply for British citizenship immediatly after getting ILR as you are a British citizen.

Children born outside the UK are expected to hold ILR before registration.

That is a question for yourself. Can you think of any exceptional reasons why your child should be treated exceptionally?
