A friend of mine has infinitely leave to remain since 2015. In the past you had to print the naturalisation form out, fill it out and send it by post.

Is it correct that you only can apply for naturalisation ONLINE when you apply from the UK? Or is it still possible to send your application by post?

We tried the online version but there are some questions missing which can be found on the printed version.

The questions are definitely there as far as other members have posted. Nothing has changed about these being completed.
