Hi I applied for British Nationality application on March 1st and home office took payment on March 15 and I received the acknowledgment email as well on 19th of March ,how do I need to check my application status I got only case id number only

You can't check your application status.

You simply need to wait to hear back from ho, who do state it can take up to 6 months.
