Delayed for Ceremony invitation

Hi all,
After my application to citizenship passed 6 months and they didn’t respond my emails.
Yesterday, i found out my invitation went to next door neighbour. Postman delivered wrong address and i was waiting for that.
On the invitation letter date is 11th April 2019 and already passed 3 months.
What should i do in this situation?
If i call local authority will they help me or i need to apply again?
If i need to inform Home Office how should i do?
Please if anybody experienced kind of things share with me.
